Chicken In Beer

  1. Combine flour, salt and
  2. pepper
  3. in shallow dish.
  4. Roll chicken pieces in flour,
  5. coating
  6. well.
  7. Melt butter in large skillet over medium-high heat.
  8. Add chicken and cook frequently, turning until chicken is
  9. golden,
  10. about 12 to 15 minutes. Add beer and onions.
  11. Cover;
  12. reduce
  13. heat and simmer, turning occasionally,
  14. until chicken
  15. is
  16. tender,
  17. about
  18. 40
  19. minutes. Blend in whipping cream
  20. and
  21. parsley.
  22. Increase heat to medium-high.
  23. Continue to cook until
  24. heated through, about 2 to 3 minutes.
