Chocolate Chip Cheesecake(Makes One 9-Inch Cheesecake)

  1. Preheat oven to 300u0b0.
  2. Combine crumbs and margarine; pat firmly on bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.
  3. In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
  4. Add Eagle Brand; beat until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla.
  5. Mix well.
  6. In small bowl, toss together 1/2 cup chips with flour to coat; stir into cheese mixture.
  7. Pour into prepared pan.
  8. Sprinkle remaining chips evenly over top.
  9. Bake 1 hour or until cake springs back when lightly touched.
  10. Cool to room temperature.
  11. Chill.
  12. Remove side of pan.
  13. Garnish as desired.
  14. Refrigerate leftovers.
