Butterfly Pork Chops

  1. In skillet saute onion, green and red pepper (sliced) in olive oil.
  2. Season with garlic salt, salt and pepper.
  3. Remove from skillet.
  4. In same olive oil brown butterfly pork chops.
  5. After browning pork chops, add onion, green pepper and red pepper.
  6. Add tomato sauce.
  7. Simmer for at least 2 hours, covered.
  8. Serve with angel hair spaghetti (cook as directed on package).
  9. Sauce will be served over the spaghetti.
  10. Delicious and easy.
  11. Serve with green vegetables, salad and Italian bread.
  12. Enjoy.
