Sweet And Sour Pork

  1. Cut pork into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Add cold water and boil 20 minutes or until tender.
  3. Cool and sprinkle heavily with soy sauce.
  4. Dredge in flour or cornstarch and set aside.
  5. Prepare onions, peppers and celery to keep cold.
  6. Mix sugar, soy sauce, pineapple juice, vinegar, water and cornstarch.
  7. Cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  8. Deep fry pork until crisp and brown, but not hard.
  9. Remove and drain. Stir-fry onion, green pepper and celery for 1 minute in oil.
  10. Pour sauce over pork; mix in vegetables and pineapple.
  11. Mix thoroughly and serve hot.
