White Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in medium bowl.
  3. Beat butter and sugars in large mixer bowl at medium speed until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
  5. Beat in vanilla.
  6. Beat in dry ingredients.
  7. Stir in white chocolate, nuts and raisins.
  8. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto cookie sheets.
  9. Bake 8 to 10 minutes until pale golden.
  10. Cool on wire rack.
  11. Makes 6 dozen.
