Weight Watchers Asian-Inspired Zero Points Soup

  1. Put bok choi, Chinese cabbage, garlic, ginger, mushrooms, green onions, red pepper flakes and vegetable stock into a large soup pot.
  2. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat.
  3. Reduce heat to low and simmer, partly covered, for about 10 minutes.
  4. Toss in beansprouts and sugar snap peas during the last 3 to 4 minutes of simmering.
  5. Add soy sauce.
  6. Serve.
