Fantasy Flower Cookie

  1. What to do:
  2. Mix 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, 1 cup margarine or butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla and almond extract.
  3. Mix in flour, baking soda and cream of tartar.
  4. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  5. Heat oven to 375u0b0.
  6. Divide dough into halves.
  7. Roll each half 3/16-inch thick on a lightly floured cloth-covered board. Cut into circles.
  8. Place on lightly greased sheet and bake until edges are light brown, 7 or 8 minutes.
