Gourmet Green Beans
- 10 oz. frozen French-cut green beans
- 3 Tbsp. butter, divided
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. Accent
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
- 2 Tbsp. minced onions
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- Cook beans according to package directions; drain.
- Melt 1 tablespoon butter; add flour, salt, pepper and Accent.
- Heat until bubbly.
- Remove from heat; gradually add sour cream and mustard. Heat, stirring constantly, but do not boil.
- Add beans, cheese and onion to sauce.
- Put in casserole.
- Saute bread crumbs in 2 tablespoons butter.
- Top mixture with buttered bread crumbs.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 15 minutes or until heated through.
