Breakfast Bagel, Featuring Tomato And Garden Cream Cheese

  1. Fold cream cheese ingedients together.
  2. You can also toss all the ingredients into a food processor, but I like a chunkier cream cheese.
  3. Slice bagels in half, lengthwise.
  4. Toast.
  5. Spread generously with cream cheese and top with tomato slices.
  6. I like to make sure every square centimeter is covered with tomato.
  7. Sprinkle with a little salt and a good amount of pepper; eat while still warm.
