  1. Heat canola oil in heavy skillet or wok.
  2. Add pork and stir fry for 3-4 min, until pork begins to brown.
  3. Add scallions and garlic, cook 1 min more.
  4. Add water chestnuts, mushrooms, and pepper. Cook, stirring, for 2 minute.
  5. Add vinegar, salt, pepper, sesame oil, and soy sauce. Cook 2 minute.
  6. Serve immediately.
