Creamy Chicken Lasagna
- 1/2 pkg. lasagna noodles
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 pkg. cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. chicken flavor instant bouillon granules
- 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 3 c. chopped, cooked chicken
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- parsley sprigs (optional)
- sliced almonds (optional)
- Cook lasagna; drain.
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Melt butter, add mushrooms and onion; cook until tender, stirring occasionally. Add cream cheese and bouillon.
- Cook until cheese is smooth and bouillon dissolves, stirring often.
- Remove from heat, stir in sour cream, eggs, nutmeg and chicken; mixing well.
