Vegetarian Chunky Chili

  1. Heat the oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
  2. Add onion, bell peppers and garlic.
  3. Saute 5 minutes or until tender.
  4. Add sugar and remaining ingredients.
  5. Bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  7. Makes 8x1-cup servings.
