Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Combine flour and baking soda; set aside.
  2. Combine butter, sugars, vanilla and pudding mix in a large mixer bowl; beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs.
  3. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts (batter will be stiff). Drop by heaping teaspoonful about 2-inches apart onto greased cookie sheets.
  4. Bake at 375u0b0 for 9 to 9 1/2 minutes or until browned. Yields 4 1/2 dozen cookies, 2 1/2-inches in diameter.
