Meat Jun
- MARINADE
- 2 stalks green onions, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 lb flank steak
- 1 cup flour
- 3 eggs, beaten
- VINEGAR DIPPING SAUCE
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- Combine all ingredients for marinade.
- Soak meat in marinade for 3 hours or overnight. Please make sure your meat is thinly sliced as listed in the ingredients..
- Coat marinated meat with flour then dip into egg.
- Fry until golden brown. Cut into strips when done.
- Combine vinegar sauce ingredients; mix well.
- Serve meat with sauce.
