Meat Jun

  1. Combine all ingredients for marinade.
  2. Soak meat in marinade for 3 hours or overnight. Please make sure your meat is thinly sliced as listed in the ingredients..
  3. Coat marinated meat with flour then dip into egg.
  4. Fry until golden brown. Cut into strips when done.
  5. Combine vinegar sauce ingredients; mix well.
  6. Serve meat with sauce.
