Cheesecake Mincemeat Pie

  1. Prepare and bake pie shell; cool.
  2. Combine the mincemeat and 1/3 cup walnuts.
  3. Spoon mixture into pie shell and spread evenly in a mixer bowl; beat cream cheese, eggs, 1/3 cup sugar and milk until smooth.
  4. Pour over mincemeat and spread evenly.
  5. Bake in a 375u0b0 oven about 25 minutes or until nearly set.
  6. Combine sour cream, 2 tablespoons sugar and vanilla.
  7. Spread over pie and top with remaining walnuts.
  8. Bake 5 minutes; chill 5 hours before serving.
