W W Breakfast Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 425u0b0.
  2. Bake crust according to package directions for prebaked shell.
  3. Cool completely.
  4. Reduce oven temperature to 375u0b0.
  5. Place half the cheese in baked shell.
  6. Top with sausage, onion and green pepper.
  7. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  8. In medium bowl whisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
  9. Pour over filled pie shell.
  10. Bake at 450u0b0 until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  11. Each serving provides 2 protein, 1 bread and 125 optional calories; 213 calories and 9 grams fat per serving.
