Kielbasa Supper

  1. Cut kielbasa into bite size pieces.
  2. Cut bacon into 2-inch pieces.
  3. Place ingredients in large roaster or such in the following order:
  4. Spread 1 can tomato soup on bottom of roaster. Sprinkle on sauerkraut.
  5. Add 1 soup can of water.
  6. Add sliced cabbage.
  7. Add potatoes. Add onion, salt and pepper. Add carrots. Add kielbasa.
  8. Add bacon. Spread on the second can of soup and pour 1 more can of water over all. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 325u0b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
  9. Serves 25.
