Chicken Sauce Picante

  1. Cut up chicken.
  2. Cook all vegetables in oil until tender.
  3. Put all in a heavy pot.
  4. Add water and chicken.
  5. When chicken is done, add 1/2 of lemon.
  6. Mix cornstarch in a cup with water.
  7. Pour in pot; cook until thick.
  8. May have to add water along when needed. Serve over rice.
  9. You may want to debone chicken.
  10. This is usually hot with pepper.
