Red Lobster Garlic Cheese Biscuits(Weight Watchers)

  1. Preheat oven to 450u0b0.
  2. Line baking sheet with wax paper; spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. In medium bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  4. Add 2 tablespoons of the margarine; blend with pastry cutter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  5. Add buttermilk and cheese; combine with fork, handling dough as little as possible.
  6. Drop by spoonfuls onto prepared baking sheet; bake until lightly browned, 8 to 10 minutes.
