Chicken Asparagus Casserole

  1. Cut each breast into lengthwise strips.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat oil in frypan over medium heat. Add chicken and brown. Cook asparagus 3 to 4 minutes following package directions. Drain. Stir together soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder. Place asparagus in single layer in shallow baking pan. Place chicken over asparagus.
  4. Spoon on sauce.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover with foil.
  6. Bake in a 375u0b0 oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
  7. Makes 4 servings.
