Chicken Roll-Ups

  1. Place each chicken breast on a sheet of waxed paper; flatten using a meat mallet on rolling pin.
  2. Place 3 to 4 strips of ham across each chicken breast.
  3. Sprinkle Swiss cheese evenly over each chicken breast.
  4. Fold long sides of chicken towards the center; fold in sides of chicken to center, and secure with wooden picks.
