Oat Bran Fruit Muffins(Low Calorie)

  1. Preheat oven to 400u0b0.
  2. Line muffin tin with paper liners.
  3. In a large bowl mix oat bran, flours, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and dried fruits.
  4. In another bowl, mix brown sugar, buttermilk, honey, oil and eggs.
  5. Make a well in dry ingredients. Pour liquid mixture into well and stir gently.
  6. Do not overmix. Spoon into paper-lined muffin tin.
  7. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
  8. Serves 18; 1 muffin per serving.
