Beef And Dill Casserole
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. sweet sausage
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 4 Tbsp. fresh dill
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1/3 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (soft)
- 1/4 c. sour cream
- 1/3 c. scallions, chopped
- 8 oz. noodles, cooked and drained
- Brown beef, sausage and onion in pan.
- Add salt, pepper, tomato sauce and dill and simmer.
- Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, green pepper and scallions.
- Place 1/2 noodles in bottom of a greased 3-quart casserole.
- Top with cheese mixture, then remaining noodles.
- Pour meat mixture over and top with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
- Serves 12.
