Layered Mexican Dip(Servings: 10)

  1. To assemble:
  2. Spread bean dip on large, shallow platter.
  3. Top with avocado mixture (mashed avocados, lemon juice, salt and pepper, mixed).
  4. Top with sour cream, mixed with taco seasoning mix.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped onions, tomatoes and olives.
  6. Cover with shredded cheese.
  7. Serve cold or room temperature with tortilla chips.
