Potato Onion Supreme

  1. Cook potatoes, peel and slice 1/4 inch thick.
  2. Set aside. Place onions, water and bouillon in saucepan.
  3. Bring to boil. Simmer 5 to 7 minutes or until onions are tender.
  4. Drain and set aside.
  5. Combine cheese and sour cream.
  6. In a greased 2 1/2-quart baking dish, layer half the potatoes, onions and cheese mixture. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  7. Combine crumbs and butter.
  8. Top potato mixture.
  9. Sprinkle with paprika.
  10. Bake, uncovered, at 350u0b0 for 20 minutes until heated through.
  11. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and several onion rings.
  12. Yields 8 servings.
