Macaroni-Beef Casserole
- 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 onion, chopped finely
- 1 Tbsp. catsup
- 1 Tbsp. steak sauce
- 2 cans tomatoes
- 1/4 c. green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 7 oz. macaroni
- 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Brown the beef until done in oil.
- Add onions, green peppers, tomatoes, steak sauce, catsup, Worcestershire sauce and parsley. Simmer 30 minutes.
- Cook macaroni with salt and drain.
- Add beef to mixture.
- Gently spoon mushroom soup over the top of the mixture.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbles.
