Turkey Chow Mein

  1. Heat margarine in a large frying pan.
  2. Saute green pepper and celery for 2 minutes.
  3. Add chicken broth.
  4. Blend cornstarch with cold water and soy sauce.
  5. Gradually stir into broth.
  6. Add onion soup mix.
  7. Cook and stir until mixture thickens and bubbles.
  8. Add turkey, mushrooms, water chestnuts and bean sprouts.
  9. Serve over rice or chow mein noodles.
