Spicy Ginger Asian Wings

  1. In small saucepan or pot, add Mae Ploy, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, Sambal, and lime juice. Stir occasionally, on low heat, to thicken.
  2. Coat chicken wings in olive oil, then corn starch. Cook in air fryer for 10 minutes @ 350u0b0, then remove and coat in chili sauce. Put back into air fryer for another 10 minutes @ 350u0b0.
  3. Remove wings from fryer into a large bowl. Cover with reserved sauce, then add cilantro, sesame seeds, and green onion. Toss to coat. Enjoy!
