Dave'S No Guilt Soup

  1. In
  2. a
  3. large pot, heat canned tomatoes.
  4. Add spices and chopped
  5. onions.
  6. Simmer
  7. 10
  8. minutes.
  9. Add cooked vegetables, mushrooms
  10. and
  11. cooked
  12. chicken
  13. that
  14. has been cut into small pieces.
  15. Add
  16. enough
  17. water
  18. to reach the desired consistency; less
  19. for a thick soup, more for a thinner soup.
  20. Add macaroni and simmer
  21. until
  22. the
  23. macaroni is tender.
  24. Adjust spices to suit your taste.
  25. Serves 8 to 10.
  26. A cup of soup is less than 100 calories and only 10% fat.
