New England Apple Cake

  1. Cream together oleo and sugars.
  2. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add next 5 ingredients; mix thoroughly.
  3. Stir in apples and walnuts.
  4. Spoon into greased 10-inch Bundt or tube pan (I use a 9 x 13-inch pan).
  5. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out almost clean.
  6. Cool on wire rack 10 minutes; turn onto serving dish.
  7. When completely cooled, dust with powdered sugar.
  8. Refrigerate leftovers.
  9. Bake at 350u0b0.
