Ten Ingredients Fried Rice
- 4 Tbsp. oil
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 6 oz. shrimp
- 6 oz. pork, cut into strips
- 6 oz. chicken, cut into strips
- 10 oz. cooked rice
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 c. diced vegetables (chef's choice)
- 1/4 tsp. black or white pepper
- Cook the rice the night before and store in the refrigerator. Heat wok until hot.
- Add 1 tablespoon oil and beaten eggs.
- Remove; set aside.
- Heat the rest of the oil and fry onions until transparent.
- Add shrimp and meats.
- Stir until meat is cooked. Add vegetables.
- Add the rice and stir-fry.
- Mix the water, soy sauce and pepper.
- Add to rice.
- Continue stirring.
- Add the scrambled eggs and continue to stir-fry.
- Add more soy sauce for color if needed.
- Serves 4 to 6 people.
