Ten Ingredients Fried Rice

  1. Cook the rice the night before and store in the refrigerator. Heat wok until hot.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon oil and beaten eggs.
  3. Remove; set aside.
  4. Heat the rest of the oil and fry onions until transparent.
  5. Add shrimp and meats.
  6. Stir until meat is cooked. Add vegetables.
  7. Add the rice and stir-fry.
  8. Mix the water, soy sauce and pepper.
  9. Add to rice.
  10. Continue stirring.
  11. Add the scrambled eggs and continue to stir-fry.
  12. Add more soy sauce for color if needed.
  13. Serves 4 to 6 people.
