Lamb Curry

  1. In a 2-quart microwave-safe casserole, crumble lamb.
  2. Add celery, onion and garlic.
  3. Micro-cook, covered, on 100% power (High) for 5 to 7 minutes or until no pink remains and celery and onion are tender, stirring once.
  4. Drain off fat.
  5. Stir in flour, curry powder, bouillon granules and pepper.
  6. Then stir in apple, water, milk and raisins.
  7. Cook, uncovered, on High for 8 to 10 minutes.
