Kentucky Hot Brown Sandwiches

  1. Melt margarine in pan over low heat.
  2. Add flour, stirring until smooth.
  3. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  4. Gradually add milk and bouillon cubes.
  5. Cover over medium heat, stirring until thickened and bubbly.
  6. Set aside.
  7. Place toast in buttered 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.
  8. Top each with turkey and ham.
  9. Spoon white sauce over meat.
  10. Layer cheese, tomato and bacon over sauce.
  11. Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
  12. (Can use thinly sliced country ham or regular ham slices.)
