Tallerina
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 can pitted ripe olives
- 1 medium pkg. medium-width noodles
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can tomatoes
- 3 Tbsp. olive juice
- Cook noodles in water and drain.
- Saute onions, garlic and green pepper.
- Add meat and saute crumbled.
- Mix noodles and meat/vegetable mixture together.
- Add corn, olives, tomatoes, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, olive juice, salt and pepper. Mix 1/2 of the cheese into this mixture.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese over all.
- Bake for 30 to 45 minutes at 350u0b0.
- Excellent with tossed salad and garlic bread.
