Beef With Horseradish Sauce

  1. Brown meat in 4 tablespoons butter; remove to casserole.
  2. Brown onions in remaining butter; add to casserole along with curry powder, ginger, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and wine.
  3. Bake covered in slow oven (300u0b0) about 3 hours or until meat is tender. Just before serving, combine sour cream and horseradish; stir into meat along with parsley.
  4. Serve on rice.
