Claudia'S Green Chili Enchiladas

  1. Heat
  2. enchilada
  3. sauce, water (enough to rinse can) and juice from
  4. green chilies in a saucepan (big enough to hold a flat tortilla).teanwhile, fry meat and pour grease off.
  5. Add garlic, chili powder, salt and pepper to meat.
  6. Get remaining ingredients ready and grease large ovenware dish.
  7. Dip tortillas
  8. in 1/4-inch of hot oil.
  9. Fry quickly on both sides (don't let
  10. it get crisp). Put in sauce.
  11. Place on serving dish.
  12. In middle
  13. of
  14. tortilla, place
  15. meat,
  16. cheese,
  17. onion
  18. and green chilies.
  19. Roll
  20. the tortilla
  21. and
  22. place
  23. the
  24. end on bottom. Cover with remaining sauce, cheese and green chilies.
  25. Bake in 300u0b0 oven for 30 minutes or microwave.
