Lasagne

  1. Cut casings from Italian sausage and brown, drain well.
  2. Boil Lasagne noodles 15 minutes and drain.
  3. Mix sauce:
  4. paste, stewed tomatoes, puree, parsley, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and add Italian sausage.
  5. Set aside.
  6. Arrange in layers in greased 13 x 9 x 2 pan (sauce, noodles, cottage cheese, sauce, noodles, mozzarella cheese etc.
  7. End with noodles on top.
  8. Cover with foil and bake at 350u0b0 for 60 minutes.
  9. Do not add water.
