Lasagne
- 1 lb. Italian sausage
- 1 can Stewed Tomatoes
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 can tomato puree
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 box Lasagne noodles
- 8 oz. Mozarella cheese
- 1 lb. small curd cottage cheese
- Cut casings from Italian sausage and brown, drain well.
- Boil Lasagne noodles 15 minutes and drain.
- Mix sauce:
- paste, stewed tomatoes, puree, parsley, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and add Italian sausage.
- Set aside.
- Arrange in layers in greased 13 x 9 x 2 pan (sauce, noodles, cottage cheese, sauce, noodles, mozzarella cheese etc.
- End with noodles on top.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350u0b0 for 60 minutes.
- Do not add water.
