Frozen Fruit Punch
- 1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
- 1 (12 oz.) or 2 (6 oz.) cans frozen orange juice
- 1 (12 oz.) or 2 (6 oz.) cans frozen lemonade (natural color)
- 2 heaping Tbsp. instant tea
- 1 Tbsp. pure vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. almond extract
- 6 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. food coloring (if desired)
- Mix all ingredients except tea.
- Mix instant tea in a cup of water or fruit juice and then add to mixture.
- If this doesn't make 1 gallon, add enough water to make 1 gallon.
- This gallon is your base.
- To this add 2 gallons of water, making a total of 3 gallons of punch.
- Freeze this mixture in containers in deep freeze.
- When ready to use, take out long enough to thaw to a slush.
- Before serving, add 1 small bottle of ginger ale to each punch bowl of punch.
- Will serve approximately 80 punch cups.
