Better Than Chipotle Guacamole
- 2 Hass avocadoes
- 1 red onion
- canned jalapeno slices
- jalapeno juice
- cilantro
- pink himalayan salt
- 2 lemons
- 1 lime
- mash up the 2 avocados in a large bowl.
- chop the red onion and add to the bowl with the avocado.
- add the jalapeno slices and the jalapeno juice (don't need very much of the jalapeno juice).
- add as much cilantro as you'd like. I use a lot because the cilantro helps cool the heat from the jalapeno juice. also adds great flavor.
- squeeze the juice from the 2 lemons and the 1 lime into the bowl.
- mash and stir all the ingredients.
- add as much pink himalayan salt as you'd like. I personally use a little extra than normal.
- your guacamole is ready to serve. it should have a nice smooth, juicy texture. best served with black bean and quinoa chips from trader joes.
