Curried Turkey And Broccoli
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
- 2 c. cut up, cooked turkey
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1 1/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. margarine or butter, melted
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- Heat oven to 350u0b0.
- Cook broccoli as directed.
- Arrange in ungreased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
- Top with turkey.
- Mix soup, mayo, juice and curry powder.
- Pour over turkey.
- Mix baking mix and egg just until crumbly; sprinkle on top.
- Drizzle with margarine.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake until mixture is hot and topping is golden brown, about 30 minutes.
- Serves 4.
