Cheese Appetizers

  1. Combine cream cheese, egg, lemon juice, chives and a dash of pepper.
  2. Beat well.
  3. Stir in cheese and bacon.
  4. Chill.
  5. Roll 1 of the patty shells in an 8 x 4-inch rectangle.
  6. Cut in 2-inch squares.
  7. Top each square with a rounded teaspoonful of filling. Brush edges with milk.
  8. Fold to form triangles.
  9. Seal.
  10. Place on ungreased baking sheet.
  11. Repeat with remaining shells and filling.
  12. Chill appetizers until ready to bake.
  13. Place in 450u0b0 oven.
  14. Immediately reduce temperature to 400u0b0.
  15. Bake 12 to 15 minutes.
  16. Makes 32.
  17. A good "make ahead."
  18. Warm before serving.
