Burritos
- 1 pkg. flour tortillas
- 1 can chili (without beans)
- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chili peppers
- Colby cheese, grated
- 2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
- diced onion (if desired)
- 1 can tomato sauce (with bits)
- 2 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. red pepper
- Mix the green pepper, onion, chili and cheese soup in a saucepan.
- Heat.
- Put enough chili mixture to browned ground beef to moisten. Place meat mixture in tortilla.
- Sprinkle with grated Colby cheese and roll up.
- Place in baking pan. Cover with rest of chili mixture and some grated Colby cheese.
- Heat in oven at 350u0b0 until cheese is soft. Serve with sauce made from tomato sauce, cumin and red pepper.
