Micro-Easy Sweet N Sour Chicken

  1. Place pods and water in 2-quart covered casserole.
  2. Microwave on High 2 to 3 minutes or until defrosted.
  3. Break apart and drain. Stir in the next 5 ingredients and set aside. In a 4-cup measure, combine cornstarch, bouillon, ginger and brown sugar. Stir in soy sauce, vinegar and reserved pineapple juice.
  4. Microwave on High 2 to 3 1/2 minutes or until sauce is clear and thickened, stirring every minute.
  5. Fold sauce into chicken mixture. Cover.
  6. Microwave on High 4 to 6 minutes or until heated through.
  7. Serve over rice. Makes 4 servings.
