Fourth Of July Cake

  1. Put the first 8 ingredients in bowl; mix by hand until smooth. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350u0b0 until cake tester comes out clean (about 45 minutes to 1 hour).
  2. When cake is cool, slice into 2 layers and remove top layer.
  3. Sprinkle 1/2 of each kind of berry over bottom layer.
  4. Replace top layer.
  5. Spread whipped topping on top.
  6. Arrange remaining berries to look like the American flag (small rows of blueberries in a small square in upper left hand corner and strawberries in horizontal rows across the rest of the cake).
