Frozen Chocolate Mint Squares

  1. In a
  2. small bowl, combine crushed wafers and margarine. Press mixture firmly onto
  3. bottom
  4. of a 9 x 13-inch pan.tn a medium mixing
  5. bowl,
  6. beat the marshmallow cream, mint extract and green food coloring with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Fold
  7. in
  8. 1/2
  9. cup
  10. of the semi-sweet chocolate pieces.
  11. In a small
  12. mixing bowl, whip cream until soft peaks form; foldtnto marshmallow cream mixture.tpread over crust in pan.
  13. Sprinkle remaining
  14. semi-sweet chocolate pieces over dessert.
  15. Cover and freeze at least 6 hours.
  16. At serving time, remove from freezer and
  17. let stand for 10 to 15 minutes.
  18. For easy serving, place warm moist cloth on the bottom of the pan. Cut into squares.
  19. Makes 8 servings.
