Chocolate Chip Cheesecake
- 1/4 c. Crisco
- 2 c. finely crushed Oreos
- 3 pkg. softened cream cheese
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. miniature chocolate chips, divided
- 1 tsp. flour
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Melt Crisco.
- Stir in cookie crumbs. Press firmly on bottom of an ungreased 9-inch spring-form pan; set aside.
- Place cream cheese in a large mixing bowl.
- Beat at medium speed until fluffy.
- Add sweetened condensed milk gradually, beating until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla.
- Beat just until combined.
- Toss 1/2 cup chocolate chips with flour to coat.
- Stir chips into cream cheese mixture.
- Pour into pan.
- Sprinkle remaining chips over
- top.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 to 55 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes.
- Loosen sides of pan; cool for 30 minutes. Remove sides and refrigerate.
