Sausage Rolls
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry Sheets (pkg. contains 2 separate tri-fold sheets, 1 set of tri-fold will make approximately 30 sausage rolls)
- 2 pkg. your favorite sausage meat (use 1 pkg. if you are only going to use one section of the pastry)
- 1 egg and a little milk, beaten together
- 5 scallions, chopped
- 8 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 3/4 c. breadcrumbs
- dash each of pepper sauce, mint and basil
- 2 lb. crab meat
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 c. chopped mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. chopped stuffed olives
- 3 c. lukewarm milk
- 1 Tbsp. sherry
- salt to taste
- 3/4 c. melted butter
- 1/2 lb. filo
