Meat And Spinach Lasagna
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 8 oz. drained, frozen spinach
- 8 oz. pkg. Cheddar cheese
- 8 oz. pkg. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 pkg. spaghetti mix
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 2 cans water
- 1 can tomato paste
- pinch of salt, pepper and garlic powder
- 16 oz. pkg. lasagna noodles
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- Boil 5-quarts water.
- Add noodles to oil and boiling water. Cook for 12 minutes.
- Brown ground beef (drain fat from it).
- Add spaghetti mix, tomato sauce and tomato paste.
- Add 1/2 cup water. Let simmer a few minutes.
- Drain water from noodles.
- Lay one layer of noodles, one layer of meat, one layer of cheese, spinach, etc., ending with one layer of noodles, then top with cheese.
- Bake at 425u0b0 for 45 minutes.
