Half-Time Chili

  1. Saute diced pork and ground pork with the onions and green pepper.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer covered for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add additional chili powder and/or hot sauce to taste.
  5. Continue simmering uncovered on low heat for 1 hour to thicken.
