Turkey Lasagna
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. chopped onion or half celery
- 1 c. sliced ripe olives
- 1/4 c. chopped pimentos
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 to 3 c. chopped turkey
- 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded processed American cheese
- Cook lasagna; drain and blend with soups and Parmesan cheese, sour cream, onion, olives, pimentos and garlic salt.
- Stir in turkey; spread 1/4 turkey mixture in 9 x 13 pan.
- Alternate layers of lasagna, turkey and American cheese, ending with cheese.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
- Let stand 10 minutes; cut and serve.
